Note: Personal disputes between individuals not involving business or credit do not qualify for our service.
PARTIAL DISPUTES: We can resolve partial disputes, too. If you have a partial dispute but still owe a balance besides the dispute, you will be in a better position if you pay the part that is not disputed, but still contact us. However, if you are beyond that point and the creditor is suing or pressing the issue, contact us immediately. Try not to offend the creditor and never answer any questions about your financial situation or your personal details as almost any comment may be used against you in the collection effort. As a third party representing you in negotiations, we can typically diffuse the disagreement and bring to the table more experience and rapport in tackling the problem more successfully and saving you money. We frequently resolve accounting errors to our client's benefit. But beware. If you get in the middle of a negotiation and attempt to resolve a dispute on your own, it will end up costing you more in the long run seriously and effect our ability to get the best resolution for your needs.
